Back Abs Workout

This is a great back and abs workout designed to gain mass and build a strong core. Watch the video, print out the workout below, and get to the gym and start gaining size and strength!
The workout in written form:
- Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 8 with 5 second descents (lower the weight slowly for 5 seconds on each rep) - 90 seconds rest between sets
- Seated Row - 3 sets of 8 with 5 second holds at the top of workout for each repetition - rest 90 seconds between sets
- Dumbbell Back Flies - 3 sets of 10 reps - 90 second rest between sets
- One armed dumbbell row - 3 sets of 10 reps for each arm with 90 second rest between sets (complete 10 reps of one arm, then immediately 10 reps of the other and then rest)
The Ab circuit portion (complete every exercise until failure)
- Crunch and Holds
- rest 30 seconds
- Front Plank
- rest 30 seconds
- Sit-Up to V-Up
- rest 30 seconds
- Mountain Climbers
- rest 30 seconds
- Scissor Kicks
- rest 2 minutes and repeat the abs circuit.
