INGREDIENTS
#1 Chocolate Müsli
1 cup rolled oats (90g)
1 ½ cups small cut oats (135g)
a pinch of salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp semi ground flax seeds
¼ cup + 1 tbsp dark chocolate splitters or grated dark chocolate (40g)
⅓ cup walnuts, chopped (45g)
~ ¼ cup raisins (50g)
1 cup granola or cereal of choice (~120g)

~5 servings
#2 Black Bean Toasts
for the spread:
1-2 cloves of garlic
oil for the pan
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (240g)
1 tbsp tomato purée
juice of ½ lemon or 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
handful of parsley, chopped, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp soy sauce
spices of choice to taste
for the pickled onions:
1-2 onions, red
1 tsp salt
2-3 tsp sugar or agave
½ cup white wine vinegar (125ml)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¾ cup water (180ml)
use a jar with 500ml/2 cups volume
also toast, greens
*serves 3-4
#3 Carrot Cake Porridge
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
pinch of salt
⅓ tsp cinnamon
1 small carrot, grated
1 handful walnuts, chopped
raisins
1 tsp agave + 1 tsp for the topping
2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
optional but recommended: a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
topping ideas: apple, extra cinnamon, walnuts, vegan cream cheese
*serves 1
#4 An Almost Acai - Acai Bowl
1 banana, frozen
100g mixed berries, frozen (or frozen bluebs, blackberries) (3.52oz) (about 1 cup)
100g frozen cherries (3.52oz) (about 1 cup)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp flax seeds
4 tbsp non dairy milk, more if needed
*serves 1
