Your Shoulder Problems are Causing Your Low Back Pain

I know! It sounds crazy but it's true.

People tend to find ways to compensate for their shoulder issues but it's a lot harder to 'cheat' with low back movement.

And people tend to worry more about their low back pain than they do about their problems with shoulder pain and shoulder tightness.

So watch and see as I break it down so you can understand how your body's moving and how this happens.

I am also giving you two posture exercises to try so you can see from a functional training perspective where your biomechanics - that is your movement - is not staying on track.
