Improve Your Shoulder Flexion with a Little Magic Exercise Post Surgery or For Chronic Shoulder Pain

The Wand really does add magic to shoulder rehab.

The number one goal after shoulder surgery is to improve range of motion. This is also true with any injury or surgery that can decrease the mobility of the shoulder joint.

Breast cancer surgery, chronic injuries as well as those aches and pains can all benefit from Wand Exercises - better known as passive-assistive exercises.

The goal is to help the 'injured' shoulder with movement by assisting it with the 'good' shoulder and a device like a wand, dowel, or broom stick.

This can be done for many movements so don't think it's just for shoulder flexion.
