I have been getting a lot of questions about which is better to invest in first: a rental property or a house flip. This is a really tough question to answer because everyone is different and every market is different as well. I think you have to look at a number of factors including:

There are many other things to consider as well, but if you find yourself stuck on what to do. Sometimes the best option is to buy something! Often learning with experience is the best way to learn how to do something.
