Hip mobility and Strength Routine for Surfers.

The hip joint is a lynchpin of movement in the human body. This couldn't be more true for surfing. Consider the dynamic positions you move into and out of, all while absorbing and producing force, when traveling down a wave face.

If you have an aim on longevity and performance you should know some basic protocols to keeping your hips moving well, fluidly, and powerfully.

Throw this routine into your weekly output, and it will help to improve usable range of motion as well as control.
