This gentle practice helps seniors, Veterans, and beginners improve balance, mobility, circulation, and calm through Chair Tai Chi, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Gentle Yoga. These safe, low-impact movements can be done seated or standing and are designed for anyone seeking mindful exercise for healthy aging, pain relief, flexibility, and stress reduction.

Many people use these sessions to support better balance, reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and reconnect with calm breathing and relaxed movement.
