• Warm‑up: simple joint mobility, breath awareness
• Strength & Stretch: support yourself using two chairs (or one chair + wall), a yoga strap, and a block
• Balance Work: posture-friendly movements to steady your footing
• Mindful Ending: relaxing breathwork, guided rest, and a gratitude tuck-in

Chair Yoga is low-impact and joint-friendly, making it accessible while still impactful—for core, legs, glutes, flexibility, and body awareness
