The focus in today's Upper Body Workout is on the BICEPS, TRICPS & SHOULDERS. We have four different STRENGTH supersets to perform today. Each super set includes a strength exercise using medium to heavy dumbbells combined with a conditioning exercise that requires lighter weight for faster & higher reps.
