Cardio Burn HIIT Workout / Properly Built

This week we work out beside a 17th century ruin in the heart of West Cork!

The 12 Minute Cardio Burn HIIT Workout will really increase your breathing rate and get your heart pumping.

The workout is 12 minutes long with six exercises to complete in total for two rounds. You work for forty seconds and rest for 20 seconds during each move.

The moves are:

1. Jumping Jacks and Sprint
2. Pop and Shuffle
3. Knee up and Out Back (Balance)
4. Push up and Four Punches
5. Plank Rocks
6. Hand Clap Jump (Feet Together)

REPEAT
