Challenging 12 Minute Beginner Workout!

I'm delighted to be back filming some new workouts in beautiful West Cork! This 12 minute beginner workout overlooks Long Strand beach and is a nice tough challenge.

It's six moves repeated twice for a total of 12 minutes. You work for 40 seconds then rest for 20 seconds.

Take a sip of water, warm up a little bit and let's go!!
