Intense Abs Plank Workout / Properly Built

Welcome to the Intense Abs Plank Workout that's made for Summer!

I jump on a small pier in the beautiful Lough Hyne in Skibbereen West Cork and work you through 12 core exercises to tighten and strengthen that mid section!

A strong core benefits your entire body and there is no other exercise quite like the Plank to target this area.

Take a breath and let's go!

You work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds for a total of 12 minutes. There are 12 moves in total.

The moves are:

1. Elbow Plank
2. Plank with Side Step
3. Plank Reaches
4. Plank with Leg Up
5. Plank Twists with Reach
6. Push up with Leg Through
7. Full Plank Toe Digs
8. Mountain Climbers
9. Plank Rocks
10. Plank Step Ups
11. Plank Jacks
12. Push Up Spider Legs
