At Home Strength Workout / 12 Minutes / Properly Built

This bodyweight strength workout is perfect to do at home or on the road!

The workout consists of six moves that are repeated twice. You work for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds.

The six moves are:

1. Three Push-ups and Stretch Back
2. Squat Floor Touches
3. Broncos
4. Push-up Walks
5. Dip and Kick
6. Three Pulses and Squat

REPEAT
