House Flip Finally Finished After a Few Contractor Issues Bought 4/17/20

This is a house flip I bought from the MLS right during the middle of the coronavirus shutdowns. I did not see the house before making an offer on it and getting that offer accepted, but I was able to view an inspection report.

This house was listed for $230,000 and we ended up buying it for $215,000. I also made a commission on it since I am a real estate broker as well. The house was in rough shape and it needed a lot of updates!

It needed a new roof, electrical work, a heating system, a new kitchen, bath, paint, flooring, and more! We spent about $50,000 on the work and have another $30,000 in other costs and we ended up listing it for $349,900.

This house is in Mead Colorado, which has very few houses for sale and the next cheapest house is $379,000!
