WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK / realistic high protein vegan meals

My first what I eat in a week video! All vegan meals, with an emphasis on high protein foods.

I wanted to give you a realistic view of how my week’s can go, so I’m showing my good AND bad days of eating.

I don’t think I ate perfectly ONCE this week, but I always aim to meet the minimum’s I set for each food group in my ‘eating for fat loss’/nutrition (macros & micros) video (here: https://youtu.be/LZdMrL30eso). But many weeks I don’t hit all the minimums! And that’s fine.
