What I EAT In a Week| I'm Going On a Fashion Show| Intuitive Eating Changes My Life
Hey guys welcome back! It’s another what I eat in a week video! This is a realistic full week of eating with intuitive eating! i'm still working on intuitive eating you will see me trying different food in the video! Also I’m going on a graduation fashion show!!! This is a Big week for me but I do wanna say it was busy but I feel productive lol.
Sorry I know it took me so long to upload but I literally had my busiest 2 weeks lol. But here we are! Also I really wanna say I appreciate every one of you, your comments are so sweet and I am genuinely grateful! Love u -3-
Recipe for shrimp salad (10:35)
Salad:
Shrimp as much as you need, boil in the water till they are fully cooked
Okra (you can swap into any veggies you like, lettuce, spinach etc)
Mushroom, boil in the water till it is fully cooked
Pile up the ingredients
Dressing:
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Green onion, chopped
Red pepper(optional)
Tiny bit of ginger for a hint of flavor
3 tbsp soy sauce
4tbsp oil, heated up on the pan
Mix the garlic, green onion and ginger in a small bowl
Pour the hot oil in the small bowl with the garlic mixture, mix up well
Top the dressing on your salad, mix up before eat.
# swap the shrimp into chicken breast, you get the chicken salad :)
Recipe for tofu egg(12:37)
A box of silky tofu
Four eggs, beaten
2tsp salt
4tbsp soy sauce
Green onion chopped
1 tsp Sesame oil
Cut the tofu into cubes, place them in a deep dish
Strain the egg with a strainer (optional, but strain the egg can make it more silky)
Pour the egg into to the deep dish, steam for 15 min.
Mix up soy sauce and sesame oil
Drizzle green onion on top, and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil mixture.
Enjoy
