10 MIN AB Workout| No Equipment| Home Workout
Hey guys, today we are gonna be doing a 10 min ab workout and no equipment needed ! This is a great home workout to help you build up core strength and get that six pack 😎 We have two training sessions involved with no repeat and divided by a 20s break. Both upper and lower abs will be trained.
