Quick Shoulder Workout at Home with Dumbbells | Couples Workout

This is a great shoulder workout for men and women at home with dumbbells. We LOVE at home shoulder workouts + these are some of our favorite shoulder exercises. Use a dumbbell that challenges you but you can still control your form. If you don't have dumbbells at home use water bottles, liquor bottles, cans of food... you'll be surprised what you can use around the house and still feel the burn.
