BOXER ABS | BOXER ABS WORKOUT AT HOME

This 12 minute boxer abs workout is such a great way to mix up your at home ab workout routine. If you don't already know we LOVE great ab workouts at home, and although we tend to do a lot of 5 minute ab workouts - we can't help but feel like 12 minutes is the perfect burn time to get the abs really feeling it immediately, but also the next day.

Equipment for this abs workout at home:
- A mat

In this boxer ab workout each exercise will be 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest all the way through. Exercises are listed below:
