Farm House Flip After the Staging is Really Finished Bought 7/2/2019

I showed a video of this house last week and many of you talked about how bad the staging was. That was Nikki, my project manager's first time staging a house, and I did not mention she was not done yet! I thought it was obvious since there were rugs sitting against the wall and a broom in the house still, but I should have been more clear.

I apologized to Nikki but she has tough skin and is fine. I also tried to get her on this video to talk about how annoyed at me she was but she would not do it! :)

The house is completely staged now. This video really shows how emotional people are about houses and how important it is to have houses looking as nice as possible. Even the floors being dirty in the last video turned people off and made them dislike the home!

Another thing that happened since the first video is we found out the septic is bad! Nikki was recently on maternity leave and I somehow managed to keep things from imploding while she was gone. However, a few things were missed like remember to have the septic checked out. Nikki thought of that a couple of weeks ago and it turns out the septic is complete junk. It is made of cinder blocks and needs replaced. I told her not to tell me how much that costs lol. I am thinking it will be from 10k to 20k.

We should still be fine with this house as we have a lot of room. We bought it for 262k and are listing it for $449k. I show the entire house and the barn in the first video here:
