The words 'President Biden' not quite as scary as 'President Trump'
Alice Springs Councillor Jacinta Price says she wouldn’t want a US President, in Joe Biden, who “throws out lines like ‘well if you don’t vote for Democrats, you ain’t black'".
She pointed to policies implemented by the Trump Administration which had increased employment in the African-American population and allowed the American economy to prosper.
Conversely, Political strategist Grahame Morris said Mr Biden seemed “to be a fraction more stable and less dangerous than the incumbent".
"I think for the world that might be a good thing”.
Asked by Sky News host Andrew Bolt if the words ‘President Biden’ scared him, Mr Morris said “not quite as much as President Trump”.
“He’s made some silly mistakes, he clearly needs propping up and if he ever wins he’s going to have to have good people around him,” he said.
