Windows 11 Beta builds 22623.1250 + 22621.1250 and what's new - Tiny, tiny build

The bugfixing stage of 22623/Moment 2 is here, don't expect any new features. Build 2262x.1250 is here, and has no new notable features.

There is a new policy for the improved taskbar search experience, as well as a minor improvement to Task Manager.

There are also some bugfixes.
