Windows 11: File Explorer Tabs (old preview before official testing)

During the Windows Powers the Future of Hybrid Work event on April 5, 2022, File Explorer Tabs were officially revealed by Microsoft after having previously been found in Insider builds hidden behind velocity in March 2022. Here is a quick look at this feature in Insider build 22581.200.
