What's new in Windows 11 Insider build 25211

This is Windows 11 build 25211, a Copper build released to the Dev Channel on September 29, 2022. We're getting closer and closer to the end of Copper with each build.

We get several neat improvements in this one - including the return of an option to launch Task Manager when right clicking the taskbar, an early implementation of rearranging system tray icons for the new system tray (vivetool /enable /id:38764045) and updated Widgets settings that FINALLY let you disable opening on hover, notification badging and the recently added alerts. The new Widgets settings can be enabled with ViVeTool:
vivetool /enable /id:38652916

A new Snipping Tool app update has been released alongside build 25211, introducing the ability to automatically save screenshots.
