Windows Pre-releases: Windows 8.1 build 9431

Windows 8.1 build 9431 is the official public preview (or Milestone Preview) build of Windows 8.1, released on June 26, 2013.

By this build, several changes happened over 93xx builds (such as 9374) including the return of the Start button, a different wallpaper and the ability to login directly to the desktop.
