What's new in Windows 11 Insider builds 22623.741 and 22621.741
Yet another Beta Channel build - 22623.741 and 22621.741.
If you didn't get 22623.730 and are still on 22622.601, reboot, check for updates and you should be able to install 22623.741.
This one is all about bugfixes - mostly for the new tablet optimized taskbar and system tray in 22623.741, and more general fixes for both 22623 and 22621.
There's also a new hidden (disabled by default) dropdown menu for the Search option in taskbar settings suggesting the search box recently added also as a hidden feature in the Dev Channel may be coming soon.

How to enable recent hidden features with ViVeTool:
To enable icon rearranging (drag and drop) for the new system tray:
vivetool /enable /id:38764045
To enable the new search buttons:
vivetool /enable /id:39263329 /variant:X (replace X with 1, 3 or 5)
To enable the new 'Show the touch keyboard' dropdown menu (was also present in 22622.xxx):
vivetool /enable /id:37007953
