Quick Review: Windows 11 (23H2) Beta build 22635.5240 (What's New?)

Happy Easter! Build 22635.5240 went out to Beta Insiders still on 23H2 on Friday, with one notable hidden feature.

The Notification Center can now show a clock! The option is off by default and hidden behind a feature ID, but when enabled will show a clock with seconds just like Windows 10 does (or, well, did.)

There are also a couple of changes to Desktop Spotlight.
