Windows 11 - quick demo of drawing in desktop stickers

This is a quick demo of a hidden feature in Windows 11 Dev build 25174+ letting you draw your own custom stickers with the Desktop Stickers feature. This feature may be officially rolled out in 2023, but has been hidden for 4 months at this point.
