Basic Beginner HIIT Workout / Low Impact / Properly Built

We're in Timoleague in West Cork for the Basic Beginner HIIT Workout!

This low impact 12 minute workout on a picturesque pontoon will boost energy, elevate your mood and make you sweat!

There are six moves that are repeated twice:

1. Running on the Spot
2. Squat Reaches
3. Knee in and Out Back
4. Push up on Knees with Reach
5. Floor Touch with Knee up
6. Jumping Jacks with Shoulder Press

REPEAT
