Makes - 4 Cakes

Ingredients -

180g (6.3oz) - Dark Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
120g (4.2oz) - Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature & Cubed
2 - Egg Yolks, Room Temperature
2 - Whole Eggs, Room Temperature
70g (2.4oz) - Icing Sugar (Confectioners Sugar or Powdered Sugar)
35g (1.2oz) - Plain Flour (All Purpose)
1/2 tsp (2.5g) - Sea Salt Flakes

Additional Ingredients -

1 Tbsp (28g) - Unsalted Butter, Melted
Small Pinch Cocoa Powder (Optional)
Marscapone Cheese To Serve
Strawberries To Serve
Raspberries To Serve
Mint To Serve

Recipe Notes -

If using a muffin tray instead of ramekins you'll be able to get 6 cakes instead of 4 (depending on the size of your muffin tray). When cooking the cakes in a muffin tray they will need to be cooked for 8 minutes as they will be smaller.
