Honey, 23g (3/4 oz. or 1 Tbsp)

BLACKBERRY GINGER PRESERVES RECIPE
Blackberries, 454g (1 lbs.)
Grated Ginger 15g (1/2 ounce or 1 Tbsp.)
Light Brown Sugar, 50g (1 3/4 oz. or 1/4 Cup)
White Sugar, 50g (1 3/4 oz. or 1/4 Cup)
