At-Home Workout For Back and Arms (Mike Peele)

Mike Peele here to help you get deep into an upper body workout. Grab some weights if you can. If you don't have any, water bottles are a great substitute! But if you won't have any of these options, don't leave! You can still do these workouts without weights.

For our first workout, remember that you're not a duck! Your stance is extremely important with these moves. You don't want to injure yourself. So, follow along with me closely here.

Shake all this out once we reach the halfway point. You'll need a quick recovery before hitting our tricep extensions. By the end of these moves, you're going to really feel the burn. But if you're looking for upper body strength, this workout is the one for you.
