Post Eviction Update: The Tenants Have Had a Week to Clean up The Outside of the Compound

We completed an eviction on this property last week after the tenants refused to clean up the copious amounts of stuff they have outside and the city continued to fine us for code violations. We were able to get possession of the house during the eviction but we gave the tenants a week to get everything they wanted from the outside.

How much stuff have they gotten rid of one week later? You can see in the video.

We will be back tomorrow as well to see if they are gone and how many things are still there. We can also tell them they cannot come back on the property and that they are trespassing. Legally anything left on the property belongs to us.

They have asked for more time over and over and over again. Soon they will be off the property completely and we can get to work on the houses. There are three other houses and a commercial property on the compound as the city likes to call it.
