Pumpkin Cake Pops & Chocolate Pretzel Caramel Apple Bark | Fall Treats!

Today I'm making two delicious Fall Treats--for my bakers out there, pumpkin cake pops from scratch and for something festive and fast, chocolate pretzel caramel apple bark!

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Whisk together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Store in an air tight container.

CHOCOLATE PRETZEL CARAMEL APPLE BARK
1 bag chocolate chips
1 c. pretzel twists
1 green apple, diced
1/4 c. caramel drizzle

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer on a silicone baking mat lined cookie sheet. Press the pretzel twists into the chocolate. Sprinkle the diced green apple over top, gently pressing it into the chocolate. Drizzle with caramel sauce (or melted caramel candies for a thicker, firmer consistency when cooled). Refrigerate for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Carefully remove the bark from the silicone mat, then break into pieces to eat.
