Dry Aged Beef Burgers

Today I am taste testing Dry Aged Beef Burgers from Logan Family Farms in Irwin, PA. Dry aged beef is a revelation! At Logan Family Farms, they dry age all of their beef for at least 21 days resulting in the most flavorful, juiciest meat I’ve ever tasted. During the dry aging process, the enzymes in the beef break down, tenderizing the meat. The loss of moisture results in a deeply enhanced beefy flavor. I hope you give Dry Aged Beef a try!
