Boxing HIIT Workout / Properly Built

Take a deep breath, press play and punch out the day's frustrations with the Boxing HIIT Workout!

We punch and kick our way to lean muscles, increased strength and a serious calorie burn.

This workout is made up of six exercises that you repeat for two rounds. You work hard for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.

The exercises are:

1. Two Jabs/Two Uppercuts/Jump
2. Squat and Cross Body Punch
3. Lunge Kick and Punch
4. Four second Jab and Roll
5. Squat Dip and Duck
6. Four second Jabs and Shuffle

REPEAT
