Halkova Recipe | Paalkova Sweet Recipe | Maida Burfi

Today lets learn to make some super simple Halkova recipe. This is sweet is a favorite sweet of all kids from the 90's in India. This recipe needs very few ingredients.

►Ingredients
Ghee or Clarified Butter - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup

►Method
1. Add ghee in a pan.
2. Add maida and roast it for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. When the mixture is warm add all other ingredients and mix.
4. Spread it in a pan and freeze it for 10 minutes.
5. Cut it into desired shapes and Enjoy.
