►Ingredients for lemon chicken recipe indian style
Chicken - 250 gms
Chilly Sauce - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 5 tbsp
Garlic - 5 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 5 tbsp
Flour - 1 cup
Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup
Lemon Zest - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cornflour slurry - 1/4 cup
Chicken Stock - 1 cup

► Method to make lemon chicken breasts
1. Marinate the chicken with chilly sauce, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
2. Coat the chicken pieces with flour and fry it.
3. Mix chicken stock, soy sauce, lemon and sugar.
4. Saute ginger and garlic in oil.
5. Add the stock and boil.
6. Add slurry and once it gets thicken add it with chicken and mix.
