Prawn Cutlet Recipe | How to make Prawns Cutlet? Shrimp Cutlet with Potatoes | Seafood Starter

This is a delightful finger meal that may be served as a starter or side dish at any party. You only need boiled potatoes and prawns to complete the dish. Prawns don't need to be cooked because they cook quickly, so utilize them raw in cutlets and fry them to perfection.

Ingredients to make Prawns Cutlets
Prawns - 10
Boiled Potato - 3
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Green Chilly - 2
Corn Starch - 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup

Method to make Shrimp Cutlets
1. Clean the prawns by removing the shell, head and devein it. But keep the tail intact.
2. Slit the shrimp from the middle and open it to make a fillet.
3. To make the potato mix add boiled potato with all other ingredients into a
bowl and mix it well.
4. Cover each prawn with this mix and dip each cutlet in egg and coat it with bread crumbs.
5. Fry them in oil till the prawns gets cooked.
6. Serve it with ketchup.
