Christmas Kulkul Snack Recipe | Sweet Snack Kulkul Recipe

Today let's learn to make some super tasty and crispy Christmas Snack Kulkul. Kulkuls are great sweets to prepare with the family and these are made all over India at Christmas time. These can be shaped with a fork or with the specific tool which is available to make these kulkuls.

►Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Semolina - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Milk and water mix

►Method
1. Mix semolina and ghee and keep it aside till it is bloomed.
2. Add flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder add water, and knead.
3. Add ghee and knead again
4. Make kulkuls and fry till golden brown.
