ANKLE WEIGHT AB WORKOUT || AB WORKOUT WITH ANKLE WEIGHTS || ABS WORKOUT 10 MINUTES
Don't have ankle weights?! NO WORRIES!!! This ab workout with ankle weights can be used with or without ankle weights and is only 10 minutes. If you are wanting to level up your abs workout at home - adding ankle weights is a GREAT way to do it. I thought adding ankle weights to my ab routine wouldn't make much of a difference but its a GAME CHANGER and makes for a KILLER abs workout!
