WRIST PAIN during Handstand/Planche/Pushups? | DO THIS

Wrist pain is a major issue in calisthenics - especially during handstand, planche and pushups, and any other pushing exercise performed on the floor. I can't even explain how much i had to fight with that on my bodyweight training journey. Since being 12 years old Ive been dealing with a ganglion cyst on my right wrist that causes the reduction of wrist extension range of motion - the position that is exposed to the load during handstands and all the pushing work on the ground. What has helped me the most was decreasing the stress my joints take by using certain tools im showing you in this video. Thanks to the wrist wraps, yoga wedge and especially parallettes - Im so glad i didnt get forced to quit and could continue working around my problem - which is the reason im at this level now. Of course you have to try out yourself and see if they can help you as well. There are many injuries and causes of pain. Because im not a doctor and on top of that the internet should never be the last place you seek for medical advice, i highly suggest to contact professional for a proper diagnosis.
