How to keep your wrists safe in handstands

I don't know a single person who has never had any issue with their wrists during handstands (may it be just acutely or chronically). Wristsafety is crucial to your handstandpractice, since they are being loaded with your whole bodyweight and typically aren't used to that sort of load. Although there is no magic pill against wrist injuries or pain, there are certain things we can do, to just make sure we train as safe as possible.
