This FitnessFAQs video will show how to strengthen wrists and fix wrist pain. Most involved in calisthenics, handbalancing, powerlifting, bodybuilding and olympic lifting are familiar with basic wrist mobility exercises. These passive methods are great for temporarily increasing range of motion but it's important to also work on stability, strengthening the forearm muscles.
