We focus on our legs and core in this high energy session with plenty of new moves!
The six exercises that are repeated twice are:
1. Palm up/Knee up
2. Flutter Ab Kicks
3. Squat Rocks
4. Narrow Squats
5. Shuffle and Crawl
6. Single Leg Drives
