What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I'm gonna show you a bicep workout to help you get some BIGGER arms! This is a great workout for anyone looking to grow their arms and biceps and only requires dumbbells and an ez bar. We'll be going over 4 variations of the bicep curl.

For the best bicep contraction, make sure you are using a weight you can control. I recommend dropping the weight and ego, and use a lighter weight to really establish that mind-muscle connection.
