Como hacer Croissant / Cuernitos | Version clásica y CHOCOLATE

Les dejo la receta de estos croissants o cuernitos caseros pero que te van a quedar como de panadería! Aparte con la misma masa puedes hacer unos rellenos de chocolate!

≪ Ingredientes ≫

➤ 250gr Harina (yo usé mitad 000 y mitad 0000)
➤ 30gr Azúcar
➤ 6gr Sal
➤ 12gr Levadura Fresca o 6gr Seca
➤ 60ml Agua fría
➤ 60ml Leche fría
➤ 40gr Mantequilla o margarina

➤ Para empaste: 120gr Mantequilla
