I Did The SPARTAN "300" Workout
I completed the 300 spartan workout. It is a workout that consists of 300 reps of 6 different exercises done as fast as possible.
The Workout:
1. 25 - Pull-ups
2. 50 - Deadlifts @ 135lbs
3. 50 - Push-ups
4. 50 - 24 inch Box Jumps
5. 50 - Floor Wipers
6. 50 - Kettlebell Snatches (25 each arm)
7. 25 - Pull-ups
Total of 300 Reps
