I did the 1000 Jumps Per Day For 7 Days Jump Rope Challenge - Real Results!
After a long period of inactivity and unhealthy (although enjoyable eating) over the Christmas break, I decided to try a 7-day jump rope challenge, where I jumped for 20 minutes per day and checked some base metrics before and after. I looked at my weight, my resting and active heart rate, and how I looked. Watch till the end to see how I faired. I wouldn't recommend this approach for beginners, and will post some jump rope beginner or as we call it in the UK, skipping content in the near future!
