Se habla de manipulación emocional cuando una persona abusiva ejerce estrategias específicas para obtener el control o victimizar a otra persona.
Las personas manipuladoras se creen con derecho a controlar la vida de sus víctimas porque desean ser la prioridad principal en la relación y disfrutar del poder que obtienen con ese maltrato.
